2 Weeks Before Event
- Develop a goal for the number of Participants.
- Establish an event team. Schedule your first event team meeting.
- Create and proof your event ads & flyer. You will want an Ad for Facebook, Email and a PDF flyer.
- Create your advertising plan. When determining your budget, consider how much money the prospects can bring to your business.
- Create Target Mail List.
- Arrange for sponsorships/promotions from B2B group.
10 Days Before Event
- Meet with your event team. Discuss attendance goals and benefits.
- Post event to your Facebook and LinkedIn Pages.
- Send out invitation email to prospect list.
7 Days Before Event
- Have your team put flyers in target B2B’s when available.
- Post event teaser and details to Facebook and LinkedIn Pages.
- Send out Voice Mail Blast to Prospect List.
5 Days Before Event
- Send out invitation email to prospect list.
- Review progress with your team – how has the response been so far? Brainstormand divide and conquer to stay in front of prospects.
- Promote event teaser and details on Facebook to custom audience of targetedprospects.
3 Days Before Event
- Send out Voice Mail Blast to Prospect List.
- Post event details to targeted Facebook Groups.
1 Day Before Event
- Review progress with your team – how has the response been so far?
- Send email to prospect list.
- Call target prospect list.
- Promote event teaser and details on Facebook to custom audience of targetedprospects.
4 Hours Before Event
- Do Text Blast reminder out to target list.
- Check event technology, slides, camera, backgrounds, equipment.
2 Hours Before Event
- Do a practice run through of your event.
1 Day After Event
- Follow up and thank attendees, asking for feedback about the event.
- Send out an email to those that missed the event and let them know you will make sure they are on the invite list for the next one.
- Review the event with your team – how can we do better next time?
- Schedule your next event.
