Just like a GPS uses three coordinates to pinpoint someone’s location, we use three points to find each person’s unique sweet spot, their luxury archetype, core values and inherent strengths.  We use these everyday as cornerstones in our Private Client coaching program.  The luxury archetype tells us where to best position yourself in your market. The core values shows us who your ideal client is.  Your inherent strengths are what you should be doing to outshine your competition and build your book of business.

The Gallup organization pioneered this with the Clifton Strengthfinder Test which measures 34 identified strengths for each person.  The original test has been updated and we highly recommend each person taking the original version.  In order to do so, you need to purchase a new copy of the Strengthfinder 2.0 book to get a code for the full on-line assessment.

Each strength theme sorts into one of four domains.

Strategic Thinking – Executing – Influencing – Relationship Building

These domains describe how people and teams use their talents to work with information, make things happen, influence others and build relationships.

You can use these to answer the following questions and accomplish your goals.

  • How do you absorb, think about and analyze information and situations?
  • How do you make things happen?
  • How do you influence others?
  • How do you build and nurture strong relationships?
