Scope of Project
- Define recruiting pool, identify key prospects and maximize referrals within current team.
- Identify and articulate key value propositions within brand, company and leadership.
- Craft and train on new recruiting presentation and conversation to accelerate conversion.
- Develop strategic plan for social media, digital, print and in-person messaging.
