DescriptionDeveloped a highly actionable marketing plan to improve the brand, agent attraction and retention efforts. The plan was specific and concrete, with a detailed timelines and milestones. This plan also included creative approaches that were outside the scope of the client’s historical perspective.
Scope of Project- Determine the key channels (on or offline) through to market the brokerage. - Define the target customers and what matters to them, and where each is best targeted (e.g. social media, TV, print, etc.). - Articulate the key marketing messages in each channel. - Conduct high-level research on best practices and pitfalls in peer companies. - Deeply evaluate the ‘Four Ps' for marketing in the business: Product, Place, Price and Promotion.
