This project was to develop and implement a management training program. Key objectives were to accelerate growth in both agent population and productivity.
Scope of Project
- Brokerage and staffing analysis of current operation. - Identify and articulate key value propositions within brand, company and leadership. - Identify key issues and opportunities for accelerated growth. - Develop management training program which could be delivered in modules. - Put together full training modules with decks, handouts, and follow up materials. - Deliver program and train the trainers to ensure legacy value.
