While all these are reasonable expectations, there are always the natural caveats with unforeseen circumstances.
Wealth Growth by Country
Ten nations control 74% of the world’s $204 trillion of private wealth. The wealth in the US is estimated to grow 20% between now at 2028. Canada is estimated to grow 30%. Europe is estimated at 10%.
India is expecting the biggest gains, at 180%. China, at 120%, is slightly behind them. Australia, at 80%, is also expecting huge gains.
From the pure basis of actual wealth, the US expects to retain the leadership status with an estimated $72.8 trillion. China expects to further solidify the secondary position with an estimated $51.8 trillion. India expects to close the gap with Japan significantly for the third spot.
