Our recruiter profile benchmark from a study of some of the industries best full time real estate agent recruiters. This study excluded brokers/owners, sales managers, or other people who juggled different job responsibilities. It was focused on just profiling the best full time recruiters in the industry. Like any profile, it is only one piece of the overall picture, but is an important consideration in who to hire. We use assessments like our archetype, values, strengths and personality in our coaching or hiring processes. As a general rule, assessment results help guide us in the questions we ask and what expectations are realistic for the person. At the end of the day, we weight them about 25% in the hiring process. The recruiter profile benchmark is the average of those surveyed. If there was a spread in the average, then it is reflected with multiple dots on the associated scale.
