Our Agent Business Analytic is our annual review tool. We believe in measuring progress and stepping back from time to time and evaluating how to improve. The Agent Business Analytic is an Excel file with all the hard work done for you. To compete it, you will want to have your MLS records for the past twelve months as well as a general idea of your business expenditures for the same period. While many like to use the Agent Business Analytic tool for business planning purposes toward the end of the year, it is specifically built to be used anytime. For most, using it around tax time when you have a handle on all your business expenses is helpful.
Philosophy and Methodology
We are really intentional in our own lives and encourage our clients to live in the same. With that said, our tools and core systems are designed the way they are on purpose and through years of trial and error. Everything we do has a reason behind it.
This tool is designed to allow you to fill out a single sheet on your business and get a robust report with graphs and visuals. This is great for your own personal use, or if you run a team or an office, as a coaching and recruiting tool. It provides you a depth of knowledge about where your business comes from, where you are getting the highest return on investment (ROI) in both time and money as well as what you can tweak to see huge improvements in the following year.

If you haven’t already, download the B&P Font Files and install them on your computer(s). Since this is an active Excel file (which can be converted to Google Sheets or Apple’s Numbers but we don’t recommend that), you will need to have the fonts installed in order for everything to print properly. We have included a PDF of the file so you can see how it is supposed to look when printed.
Go to Tab One in the file. And fill in the grey boxes. Don’t worry about being exact. By downloading the file, you are using it on your computer, which means, your answers stay with you and aren’t captured in anyway by an outsider.
Once Tab One is filled out, click the second tab. You should then be able to see your business in a new and different way with the five page report that is based entirely on the answers to your questions in step two.
Print out the report or print it to PDF so you can have a record of where you are to measure your future success on.
