Berman & Pollinger started with a simple message. Just one friend reaching out to check in on another. We had met while working together years before at the number one real estate company in Southern California. While we had both moved on from that particular company, we had kept in touch over the years. Both of us were coming off of individual projects and looking for something compelling to sink our teeth into. As we talked, we quickly realized that our complementary strengths which have worked so well together in the past were only were amplified with our recent experiences.
In each of our twenty plus years in luxury real estate leadership, we found there wasn’t anyone that was successfully tackling the business of building luxury teams and brokerages. While there is plenty of help and resources for agents, only a handful are available to the leadership side of the business. This drops to non-existent when you start talking about the unique challenges faced by those who work in the luxury markets. The fundamental challenge in luxury is the size of the market as well as the individualized aspect of it. Each situation, while sharing a few common themes, has so many variables. It takes a strategic, personal and hands on approach to be effective in luxury real estate.
With the backing and encouragement of several industry giants, we decided to combine our experience, connections and charisma to create a consulting firm dedicated to the business of luxury real estate. We wanted to join forces to craft a new type of company focused on blending business coaching, luxury team and brokerage building, and profit driven consulting into a cohesive wholistic package. Berman & Pollinger offers a refreshing approach with intentional balance between work and play. It’s a combination of Hollywood glamor and no nonsense pragmatism which leads to a surprising effective combination for leaders in the luxury markets.
